An unforgettable Jungle Experience
Corbett National Park is one of the few places on earth where travellers can enjoy spotting tigers and magnificent tuskers (elephants) in the same habitat. It’s a particularly picturesque area, boasting a unique terrain where the Himalayas to the north and the Gangetic Plains in the south connect.
This confluence, over years of evolution, has given life to a unique and diverse ecosystem, and as such, Corbett holds immense importance in India’s wealth of biodiversity.

Named after Jim Corbett, a hunter-turned-conservationist, Corbett National Park is a congregation of multiple stunning terrains: Open grasslands, magnificent Sal tree forests, the meandering Ramganga River, and the mighty Himalayas in the backdrop.
November to April – Dry Cool season
The cool and dry season from November – April is the best time to visit the park, although dawn and nights between December and February can be extremely cold with temperatures dropping down to 0 degrees celsius, it is still the best time of the year to witness the rising mist over the rivers and grasslands throughout the park.
The winter season brings a unique charm to the landscape of Corbett, as shedding leaves and drying grasses reveal the underlying beauty.
The angled rays of the sun cut through the Sal canopy, creating stunning god beams unlike anywhere.
Jim Corbett himself famously wrote, “There are events in one’s life which, no matter how remote, never fade from memory.” This is true of the Park, where travellers can revel in nature’s diversity and forever remember special sightings of tigers, leopards, wild elephants, and crocodiles, to name but a few.
Where you will stay
