Best time to go

November to March – Dry, cool season

This is the best time to visit Bandhavgarh. Dawn temperatures are the coldest of the day, days are pleasant, and nights are chilly. Autumn in the central Indian highlands see the extensive Sal tree forests and grasslands changing colours and offering breathtakingly beautiful gold and red landscapes for travellers to admire.

Boasting a plethora of magnificent flora and fauna, it’s no surprise that Bandhavgarh is one of the most visited and protected wildlife reserves in India.
